Today's entry is based off a realisation of mine from an English discussion regarding the truth between a civilization and humanity. You see, one typically believes that a civilization is just that, civil. Perhaps even perfect at times, a civilization is a well-organised society where there is order. That is far from reality. Humans make up civilizations and no human is perfect so how could an entire union of them be perfect. It is not so.
We all have faults, be it our personality, our appearance, or how we act out in certain situations. Look at the powerful Roman Empire. No doubt it was a civilization, but were the people civil? Of course not. They were fighting and killing each other in wars all the time with other barbaric people and vikings. We may be much more civilized and have some solid order to our society, but we are still not perfect.
Where am I going with this? Simply rambling on my friends. There is no destination today. If you feel less than perfect, that's OK, because you are. I kid, I kid. You are splendidly wonderful. Now I don't know where I'm going with this and it is 3 minutes to midnight so I must end this abruptly. Farewell until tomorrow!
Are you sure it is 3 minutes to midnight? According to the time stamp, it was only 9:57! :P
